When do I get my order delivered?
It depends on where you live and where your order will be delivered. please visit our Shipping & Delivery page to find more specific information based on all countries we ship to. Feel free to contact our customer service if you don’t find the information you are looking for.
Where do I find shipping information for my order?
When your order has been sent from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. If you haven’t received any emails within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship to the United States.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Afapaa item(s) as much as we do. However, if you do need to make a return, please note that we do not include return labels in our packages. Instead, you can initiate your return on our returns page. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and all items can be returned, even if they were purchased on sale. Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards. All returned items are thoroughly inspected by our warehouse. To receive a full refund on your items, they must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags intact. We do not accept returns on items that show any signs of wear or use.
How long is the processing time for returns?
The processing and refunding of your order may take up to 15 days from the date of receiving your return package at our warehouse. You will receive two distinct emails during this process – one upon receipt of your return and the commencement of processing, and another confirming the completion of your refund. If more than 15 days have passed since you dispatched your return and you have not received your refund, kindly reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Where/when can I get help from your customer service?
Our customer service team works during office hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We aim to reply to your query on the same day, but please allow up to 72 hours for a response. For a quick response, please use the live chat in the bottom right corner.
